What does it take to launch and promote a book without burnout?

I know so often when we launch something in our business (especially something that has had as much love as a book), we feel we are 24/7 talking about it, promoting it.

Your brand…whether it be your personal brand or your business brand - it is what people say about you when you aren’t in the room. That is why building and maintaining your brand is vital for the longevity of your business. So what do people say about you when you are not in the room? Or what do you want people to say about you and your brand?

I have seen many entrepreneurs now talking about this… Intuition and how much they use it in business.

It was 2014. I was a Strategy Consultant in France at the top of my game… Now as you know me, I live in Sydney Australia with my two girls and husband working as a Business Doula and mentor for hundreds of women in business. How did this happen? How did my burnout lead me here?

I always like to say “your words could be medicine for others”.
