After nearly 16 years in Strategy Consulting, Innovation and Big Data, where I designed the next 5-10 years vision for multi-billion business, scale ups and start-ups, where I grew new revenue streams from 0 to billions, managed high-functioning teams ranging up to 50 people from multidisciplinary background and spun up infrastructures to hit goals faster and fuller, I realized there was only so much change I could make from within a container built by someone else, so I started Essential Shift™.

I didn’t always have this business: the clients, the sales, the flow…
Let me tell you the journey to where I am (now) all started. This is the story that changed everything for me. We all have one of those. Maybe you are going through it right now.
In fact, just over a decade ago you could have found me in my small apartment in Paris, exhausted and stuck in the go-go-go energy. I thought I had landed my dream job, but that dream turned into a ladder-climbing nightmare. From the outside looking in everything was amazing. I had a thriving career and I was traveling to different cities around France and Europe. But all of this led me to my burn-out in 2014.
In 2014, I was lying in bed with no energy, no drive, no willingness to do anything. I took two weeks off work and reconnected with my own intuitive practices : the one I learnt from the age of five years old with my first mentors and then with my family (I’m born in a lineage of healers & farmers), the practices I deepened when I lived in India and Brazil in my early twenties (from Yoga, Ayurveda to Sacred Cacao). It guided me to trust my intuition again, to set strong boundaries and to decide to move to Australia.
So, at the age of 30, we moved to Sydney.
Little did I know that this move to the ‘promised land’ would be my one-way ticket out of my corporate job and my reconnection to my dream in my early twenties to have my own business. That single intuitive move led me to start 3 different businesses (at the same time as being a General Manager in Strategy & Innovation in Corporate and becoming a mother - check the timeline below). During that time, I learnt a lot about the do’s and don'ts of running a thriving business without burning out. All of those experiences led me to the multiple 6-figures business I’m running today.
Today you can find me snuggled up in my cozy home in Cronulla with my puppy or basking on the beaches of the Royal National Park with my dreamboat husband and our beautiful girls.

I went from having $0 income as a photographer (during Covid) to creating a $17k new income flow in less than 48 hours by launching my membership.
