One thing your business might be missing… And it is something I have noticed in the last few months among female entrepreneurs. It striked me how many small business owners prioritise tactics, flashy digital tools, and shiny objects, overlooking the fact that the missing link is actually the strategy led by none other than YOU, the CEO.

How can you describe 2023?

Did you feel you created the impact you wanted? Or did you chase the dreams of others. Did you chase an aligned vision of success?

Whatever the answer. It doesn’t matter. Because we learn, we grow, we evolve.

We all build our business for a reason, for a desired outcome. But I imagine 99.9% of us create our business based on a passion we have. What can happen along the way is we get lost, we go down a different path or we chase someone else’s definition of success.

Money stress is uncomfortable, so maybe it is time to stop your worry and stress… Sounds hard, right?

What do you want? Have you ever been told that and thought “gosh, I don’t know”. Usually with this question, we have a generic answer like “to be a millionaire”. But when we take time to actually reflect, this is when we dive deep into our inner knowing what it is we actually want.

You can build a side hustle without the hustle…

It doesn’t have to be about working extra hard just to make your side hustle a “success”.

You don’t have to be a “creative” to be the creator of your own success… But at the same time, you can be as creative as you want on your path towards impact. Towards building your own definition of success.

The overnight success… a rare find if I am honest. To grow a business takes a lot of time, a lot of love and a lot of testing. It is filled with lessons learnt, tears, happiness - every emotion you can think of.

There's a trend going around on social media that's damaging to businesses… I want to talk about it and call it out.
