Burnout is commonly referred to as a reaction to chronic or prolonged stresses from your job or workplace. However, recent research has indicated that people from all walks of life may experience burnout and not just from work.
Burnout is a state of mental and physical exhaustion that can zap the joy out of your career, friendships, and family interactions. As business owners it can be hard to switch off and give ourselves the time we need, this can often lead to burnout. Let me guide you further on burnout and how to prevent it!
