The Problem 

My Fit Pro was born in 2020 during COVID lockdown to help fitness businesses survive. They have many loyal customers,

But:

  • Fiona was working 7 days a week between her 3 jobs (corporate job, fitness instructor, and My Fit Pro).

  • They had intentionally priced themselves very low to help Fiona’s peers save their businesses. And it was not profitable long-term.

  • She was procrastinating and feeling guilty about raising prices.

  • Plan usage was not enforced so some customers were not paying enough for their usage, causing a loss rather than a profit.

What We Did

  • Launched a new Live Replay add-on subscription.

  • Changed the plan structure for new customers (charging what we're worth).

  • Changed the price for early adopters so that all plans are profitable, but with a loyalty discount.

  • Tracked customer usage and enforced plan limits (disabling streaming when they reach their limit).

  • Birthed a sales commission structure at the Retreat.

The Outcome 

Fiona saw a big shift in her money mindset and from that was able to convert her customers to the correct plan. No more over-using and under-paying.

Monthly recurring revenue is up 38% y.o.y thanks to:

1. Increasing prices

2. Live Replay add-on subscription launch

3. Enforcing plan limits and all customers now on the correct plan

She is also investing in Facebook ads to grow customer base and is a less stressed co-founder with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
