The 3 positive impacts of applying Ayurveda in your business
There are three main positive impacts of applying Ayurveda in your business, so it is time to apply it to your life and business.
One of the most frequently asked questions I get from friends, clients and colleagues is this “how do you do all the things?”. How do you manage your business, be a mum AND have time to yourself?
Of course, everyone’s circumstances are different. BUT I always bring it down to this. The teachings of ancient wisdom. Especially in Ayurveda!
You might think “but isn’t Ayurveda about health?”
It is much, much more than that. As a business coach, I have spent my years of teaching crafting my blend of spirituality and business to create a holistic approach to life and business.
What is Ayurveda and how can it help with business?
Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science. Ayurveda is a whole approach to everything we do and how in combination we can create true alignment.
The principles of many of the natural healing systems now familiar in the West have their roots in Ayurveda, such as Homoeopathy and Polarity Therapy.
When you don't act in alignment with our rhythm and cycles you may feel…
Disconnected and lost. Not understanding your own needs or trusting your instincts to make the right decisions.
Unproductive and unmotivated. Using procrastination as an excuse for a break and not working in alignment with your vision.
Anxious and overwhelmed. Knowing that something isn’t right, but you can’t work out what, why, or how to break free.
By using ancient wisdom found in the principles of Ayurveda, you'll feel vibrant, intentional, re-balanced and inspired to grow a purposeful business.
By applying practical Ayurveda principles in your business, you can:
Manage your tasks, health and energy by tuning in to the Ayurvedic clock.
Become magnetic and do the work you were put in the world to do (dharma).
Use the power of self-awareness and ancient wisdom to succeed.
It’ll support you to manage your time more efficiently, get in sync with your natural rhythm and make space for yourself in more positive ways. But most of all? It will remind you of your magic.
These 3 positive impacts of applying Ayurveda in your business
Connect intentionally with the diurnal cycle through self-awareness: Manage your tasks, health and energy by tuning in to the Ayurvedic clock which goes through each doshas.
Connect with the cycle of the moon for your business: aligning with your own energy, own constitution (doshas) in alignment with the cycle of the moon and her main energy (pitta, vata, Kapha)
Reclaim your intuition, your inner-wisdom, the unique way you have to be in business: Use the power of self-awareness and ancient wisdom to succeed. Become a change maker.
A gentle reminder that I’d like you to harness the power of this ancient wisdom.

Have you ever heard yourself say…

“I find myself being unproductive or unintentional with my time, there never seems to be enough hours in my day”.
“I’m a spiritual person and I have learned how to manage my energy in my personal life, but struggle to apply this in my business”.
“I have so many projects on the go and I know I can do great things, but I'm just not organised to get it done”.
