Laetitia Andrac
Hey, Fiona, thank you so much for coming and sharing your view on the seven figure flipped.
Fiona McKenzie
Thanks so much for having me.
Laetitia Andrac
Let's get into it. You're now what is your definition of success?
Fiona McKenzie
I think for me, it's a few things. It's having enough money to live comfortably and not being worrying about money all the time, but it's also having time with family. That's really the number one thing for me is not absolutely working to the grind and being exhausted and not having time for anything. I want more time with my family and less time at work but still earning enough to be comfortable.
Laetitia Andrac
I love that. So beautiful. And so for this campaign, we call this a seven figure flipped. What does seven figure flipped mean to you?
Fiona McKenzie
I think it's taking away the emphasis that earning seven figures and having all this cash is the main goal and I don't think that is the main goal. Really. For me. The reason why I got into business was firstly to help other women in business because we're meeting a need for people who were suffering and we're helping them to grow their own businesses. So that aspect of giving back to my community is super important. It's also about having time with my family and not burning out and not feeling exhausted and having fun. I don't see the point in earning seven figures if you're not happy. I just don't want it.
Laetitia Andrac
Yes, and definitely with your business you are impacting so many other fitness business owners that it is critical, the impact part is critical.
Fiona McKenzie
So now I will tell you as well, it's the same as us helping women who own fitness businesses and helping their own customers as well as this ripple effect. And I don't I don't think seven figures is a price that you can put on giving back to that many people and making their lives happier and healthier.
Laetitia Andrac
Mm hmm. I love it. So what is your abundant vision for My Fit Pro, for your business? What is that? If it's not seven figure or it's not just seven figure? What is it?
Fiona McKenzie
I actually don't have $ value figure in mind so long as that it's enough to pay the bills and I'm living happily and my kids are well, you know, they're looked after and they get plenty of time with me and my husband. That's the main goal and I don't have a goal. You know, I want to earn however many zeros at the end of the price tag. I don't really have that. I don't really want to have you know, lots of mansions and a fancy yacht and all the designers things. I just want a happy simple life and a business that gives back and isn't just taking money from people it's helping them as well. That's the big goal for me.
Laetitia Andrac
And do you have like a way your designs his vision for use the abundant vision for your business?
Fiona McKenzie
It's all about scalability with our business to be able to have the profit start to go up without having the workload increase at the same rate. So we want something that we can you know, take along take along and we're still you know, working hard while we're at work, but we can log off and be done and have the business keep on growing without needing more personal time from us and taking that sacrifice of being away from the family and burning out and being unhappy. I'm just not into it.
Laetitia Andrac
So much goal here. So tell us now what is your business unit for those who are listening to this and don't know yet what is my feet?
Fiona McKenzie
My Fit Pro is a live streaming platform that's helping fitness businesses grow by increasing the number of customers they can have per class so no longer are you limited by how many people you can fit into your studio. You've got the whole world to look after. So we help fitness businesses get their more customers coming in. And they're also helping to retain their existing customers by adding value so they can keep on providing that membership to their people while they're on vacation or they're working from home or whatever it is. It's flexibility for people.
Laetitia Andrac
Amazing and you serve clients across the globe right
Fiona McKenzie
all around the world. In fact, the majority of our customers aren't in Australia. We have a few people in Australia but the vast majority are in the US and some in Europe in the UK as well.
Laetitia Andrac
Beautiful. So if you're not for anyone who listen to this, and news something else, what would you like to add to this interview? What would you like to add around the seven figure flip? Do you have anything you'd like to add?
Fiona McKenzie
I think the most important thing is not going totally crazy. And you see all these influencers on Instagram and they were talking about how many zeroes that they have in this month and they're going on their big fancy trips and whatever but you don't see how crazy they're working behind the scene. I think that we need to be a little bit more realistic with our goals and is that what's going to make you happy having millions of dollars in the bank or is it time with your friends? And family? That's where you really get that enrichment in your life.
Laetitia Andrac
Thank you so much for today for you know, spreading your gold around us. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Fiona McKenzie
Thank you so much.

Laetitia Andrac
Hey, Adrienne, thank you so much for being part of the seven figure flipped campaign.
Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre
My absolute pleasure I wouldn't be anywhere else. This is a pleasure to support your amazing work. I love it. I benefit from it.
Laetitia Andrac
So we'll get into it. And the first question that I love to ask every figure while coming onto this campaign is: what is your definition of success?
Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre
My definition of success is being able to act in a way each day that is me. I don't want to be feeling like the work that I'm doing every day is a grind. Like I love hard work, but I want my efforts to go behind the stuff that I'm really passionate about that feels like it's a good challenge for me. I don't think success is about the hard slog on stuff that doesn't matter or that makes you feel less than yeah, I've had plenty of that in my previous parts of my career. So I'm done with that. Now. Now I want to do the work that I know I'm good at that I can add real value to others. That's my special unique skills.
Laetitia Andrac
Hmm, thank you for sharing that and you're part of this seven figure flipped campaign. What does seven figure flipped mean to you?
Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre
So for me, it means that it's it's real value, right? Like it's because it's not just about the dollars it's about actually who you are and what you're doing to add real value for yourself or for your family for the clients that you're serving that to me seven figures. For many years, I actually worked at Apple. And one of the things that I always valued from that experience was that it wasn't about looking at a p&l. Mike, we very rarely looked at a p&l, we actually spent our time focusing on the behaviors that added up to the results. And when you're out on your own, it's a very different thing. You need the right people around you to understand how you're going to add value which is why I love working with you in the TCR because you need to be working on the things that really matter to add value to your people and then you don't have to worry about the dollars. You don't have to worry about all numbers of factors because you're doing the things that really count for everybody. It's a win, win win.
Laetitia Andrac
So much depth there. So what is now your abundant vision for your business, the human solar panel?
Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre
So for me, I really want to be trying to add value to as many people as possible. And so my abundant vision is that I'm able to do work of real meaning and that it can fit in different spheres because there's probably there's a centering theme around what I love, but it expresses itself in a few different ways. So I'm there primarily to deal with change and how we change but I'm looking to help us changes how we work as teams and change as individuals so that we can engage the best parts of ourselves to make the ultimate change that we need to have in the world to be sustainable to create the new models and the new way of being. So my abundant vision is one where I do get to play in each of these areas that are my zone of genius and that feel really worrying for me but that I can hand on my heart know that it's adding real value to the people I'm there to serve.
Laetitia Andrac
Thank you for sharing. And Adrienne What do you do? What is your work because you're one of the multi passionate business owner a part of this community. So what is your sacred work?
Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre
So my sacred work is really to focus on what makes us uniquely special and helping people to tune into that and use their strengths to make the change that they want to make in their lives and whether it be on a personal front or professional front. So that would be at the core of it. I work with leaders at all levels. And I also work with teams. I think one of the lesser known pieces of what I do or what's available to be done is team coaching. And that comes back to bringing about a culture of performance that matches the who you want to be as a team. It gets way beyond beneath the numbers. And again into that that core work that's a real meaning for that what the team is trying to do and real connection and real collaboration that they're trying to create. Which is the fertile ground for innovation. And we just need more and more innovation in the world if we're going to grow up and do the things in the world that we need to do in future so yes, I think those that's what I would say is fundamentally change is what I do change management change leadership, on an individual and on team basis as well.
Laetitia Andrac
I love it. Thank you. Thank you for sharing that. And do you want to add anything? A message, a word of wisdom, whatever you'd like to add, as you have the microphone now to share your voice
Adrienne Tilley-Lefèvre
Oh, I would say that. Well definitely if you're wanting to do the seven figure flipped, you need to get to the heart of yourself and honor that. And I would hand on my heart say that if you're looking to be able to trust yourself more and own more of your true self. Then you're working with the right person in choosing Laetitia because she will empower the best parts of you to help your business grow. And she has all of the elements covered like the who you are as well as the business strategy, the connection to your spiritual piece I've learned so much from you Laetitia so I highly recommend that people if they want to do it properly, and they want to get to the heart of it and have longevity. I would also add that one of the things that's been super, super helpful for me when I think about abundance, one of the areas I was really locked in was in how to get content up and how to speak with my own voice. And that working with you has meant that I've got an abundance of creativity I'm more able to tune into and trust and just generate from who I am. The things that I know that need to be shared and it makes the content and how I present myself even easier to do. And that so that's whether it's for socials or whether it's actually a service it goes the full breadth, that that's been really helpful. So it's abundance in many ways, working with your guidance. Thank you.
Laetitia Andrac
Oh, thank you. Thank you so much.
Lucy Transcript:
Laetitia Andrac
Hello, Lucy, thank you so much for being part of this conversation about seven figure flipped.
Lucy Starbuck
Thank you. So great to be here. Thanks for having me. It's very exciting.
Laetitia Andrac
I'm excited for everyone to hear your expertise and your voice around this. So what is your definition of success Lucy?
Lucy Starbuck
So given I have been working in the big global commercial space for the last 15 years, and honestly when I first started in that space training to be a Chartered Accountant 15 years ago, I honestly thought I'd made it at the time my desk looked out over the London Eye, I then you know, move with my job to Australia and I was like, you know, wearing my stilettos and my pencil skirts. And I just thought this is it. Like there is nothing more that I need in my life. It's the best but then, I guess as the decades roll rolled on, I realized that I wasn't really fulfilling my personal journey. And so I was definitely very successfully fulfilling that, you know, well trodden corporate slippery path you know that corporate ladder climbing it really nicely. And when my you know, leaders were going oh, what job do you want next? When I sat and thought about it, I was like, there's honestly nothing that excites me. Nothing that lights me up. Nothing that turns me on. And so I won't necessarily tell that full on lengthy story, but it was when I stepped out of corporate and actually got my first coach mentor relationship and realize that there are so many other paths that you can take. And so over the last two years, I'd say at this point, I have realized that success is actually creating something that does light you up, does turn you on, does, you can feel joy in what you're doing every single day. And this is coming from someone who is literally a chain trained accountant who is working with numbers and finance every single day. And I still find the joy in it. So success to me at this point has been able to actually you know, turn your laptop on look at you know, all the work on your phone and be excited about it. And that is something that I never thought possible, especially in the industry that I'm in. Hmm,
Laetitia Andrac
I love it. I love that and your joy in doing this is contagious. So thank you for sharing that. The second question for you, which is a question that I love to ask everyone who is part of those interview is : What does seven figure flipped mean to you? What narrative do you feel called to flip?
Lucy Starbuck
So, first of all, I think just acknowledging the seven figure narrative in the first place, I think is important because I know exactly what you're talking about, in that, that the big trend that we're seeing at the moment with people talking about financial results, etc. Now, obviously, in my profession, I am very pro abundance. I am very pro businesses with longevity with profitability with really freaking good cash flow, of course. However, this narrative, I actually find quite a concern and quite it puts huge amount of pressure on any entrepreneur starting their business because it becomes the only thing and it becomes a very concerning source of comparison. So you can sit there and go Well, you know, I personally if I put my blinkers on and didn't look at anyone I feel like I had a great month in my business because maybe I connected with 15 new people, maybe I connected with one new potential client, maybe I created a whole new product or program, but then you look outside of you and you go, Oh, I just made $10,000 in a day. And I made you know I've already made half a million dollars this year, and all of a sudden you don't feel enough. And so that's why I just love this campaign because it is about going there are so many more things other than money. And again, I love money. So I Yeah, exactly right. We do and we're in it for the impact. And we are in it to make money because money buys other things. So it's not just having money for money's sake. It's having money to do things is it growing your business growing your impact, providing for your family, etc. There's so many other things that we do with money but it cannot be the end of the conversation. It has to be just part of a bigger conversation. And so say a seven figure flip to me looks like freedom. It looks like joy. And so I live in Australia. I've lived there for 12 years. I'm currently in England and I've run my business from both countries very successfully. It had a really good launch. Last week being in the UK, time zones don't become a problem. That to me is worth I couldn't even put $1 value on that. So that to me is worth seven figures. So that yeah, that that Yeah. Done. I love it.
Laetitia Andrac
The point is made thank you so much.
Lucy Starbuck
Yeah, I didn't stop talking at that point.
Laetitia Andrac
It is amazing. So what is then your abundant vision for your business? If it's beyond this number, this pressure of seven figure.
Lucy Starbuck
So my business is a so I'm a virtual CFO and a Small Business Finance coach. And the difference between those two things is that a virtual CFO this more refers to my one to one work that I do with small business owners to personally Educate to personally get my eyes on your numbers in terms of strategy and profitability and solid cash flow. So from an from a impact perspective from an abundant vision perspective it's helping small business owners just feel like they've got this when it comes to their numbers actually going. I want to start a business but I'm too scared about the finance stuff. So I just wone it's like, no, no, stick with me. I'm telling you, it's not that hard. I'm telling you. It can be fun. And then the Small Business Finance coach refers to my digital course, side of my business, which is where you can just kind of dip your toes into education. So maybe you don't need you know, a CFO in your business and many, many small businesses don't, but it's rather than having to go and sit you know, face to face with a stuffy old accountant man who's probably, you know, going to talk about things that maybe go over your head. This is where we break it down. We make it fun, and you can just sit in the comfort of your own home and go oh, cheese. Okay, I didn't realize it was that easy. Like, I just thought it was hard and I never really paid attention. So that's for me. For the impact that I want to make or I'm making the abundant vision is that all this females more business owners that there are in the world and I love the fact there are so many more now because of the internet. You know, Zoom Instagram is just enabled so much and is that actually they talk about their finances, they talk about money, they talk about you know, their bookkeeping and their p&l, just as they would talk about their social media and their content and their marketing and their selling strategy. It should be exactly the same. And then how that lends itself for me it gives me a business that I frickin love to run. It allows me to connect with business owners across so many industries and connection is one of my highest values. So, you know, that really lights me up as well. And then freedom is another one of my highest values which if you're running this business, you can do it from anywhere. You get to call the shots. And you're also working with like like minded people as well. So you get to choose who you work with and who you connect with. So, yeah, it's just it's just full of abundance and I'm very excited for the journey.
Laetitia Andrac
I love it. And I love that you do those offerings and at the same time, you have you know, this freedom and fulfilling your own values in doing that. So that's so important. So, would you like to share with anyone what is your business?
Lucy Starbuck
Yes. My business is called Lucy Starbuck, which is my name. On Instagram. It's Lucy starbuck.co. And as I mentioned, so I'm a virtual CFO. So I'm a qualified chartered accountant and I've spent the last 15 years working across global industries and really leading my favorite part of my roles will always educating the non finance roles. So whether you're in sales or marketing, about finance and seeing, I guess their reaction when they go, Oh, I get it. Oh, okay. And so the, my business almost started, not by accident, but it's evolved into what it is very organically, where I see the need in the marketplace and I see small business owners either avoiding their finances or feeling anxious about their finances, and I know that you don't need to, and I know you know that to this issue as well. So I know that if you just lean in and get the support where you need then actually the impact and the transformation can be huge. And that's really what I want to trailblaze because I don't really see anyone in the Barkat doing this kind of finance work yet. And so I am excited to be there at the forefront.
Laetitia Andrac
I love it. I am so excited for you. It's so needed. Your medicine is needed to see and like to add for anyone who's listening to this conversation.
Lucy Starbuck
So this conversation being around seven figure flipped. I think just being mindful that cash flow profitability is super important, but the trick is to focus on it but not be attached to it. So the results that you get in your business do not reflect you as a human being. And that is really critical as a business owner because we've all been there like even me, right? So this is I've managed money in a lot of businesses, like millions of dollars. When you start managing your own. You can't help for it to feel personal, but the route to success is actually to go right. I'm going to learn about it. I'm going to look at my numbers every week every month, but it's not going to I'm not going to make it mean anything about me. Hmm,
Laetitia Andrac
I love it. I love it. Thank you so much .
Lucy Starbuck
You're welcome. Thank you for having me. It's been great.
