How to Grow a 7-Figure Business

The “secret” we all want the answer to. How to grow a 7-figure business. One that generates the “revenue needed” to be “successful”. 

While you might think 7-figures is the answer to your business success, I am here to tell you otherwise. I am here to help you flip the script. 

What is a 7-Figure Business?

To define it literally a 7-figure business is a business that earns over 7-figure in revenue each year. What we are seeing in the online space, especially with business mentors is the marketing messaging around “being a 7-figure business owner” to attract more clients and more income. However, what isn’t disclosed in these marketing messages is the profit the business is generating. 


How do you grow your business to 7-Figures?

If you see on social media, the 7-figure business is built from “manifestation” and bro-marketing tactics. However, any qualified business mentor will tell you a 7-figure business is built from strategy, innovation, connection and a solid foundation in the business so it can grow. 


There are 6 foundations (in my opinion) that help grow a business, these include: 


Number 1: Business strategy and energetics (who are you, why, vision, growth plan). Start to capitalise on your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses and then build an offer that is rooted in your greatest assets.

Number 2: The ICA (ideal customer avatar). Your ideal client and niche. Identifying their problems and creating the connection that shows them you can be the solution to their problems. 

Number 3: The innovative offers (defining services/products and pricing, knowing your brand. Learn how to build a bold product/service that commands the attention of your ideal clients and creates a community of loyal fans. Showing your audience that people just don’t do it like you do! 

Number 4: The business processes (such as structures, systems, accounting, legal, etc.) build the key systems in your business that maximise your return on investment (ROI) while you take Fridays (Mondays or the whole month of December/January) off. 

Number 5: The profit (charging your worth, working on the money mindset, plus building the business model for you). Learn how to manage your days and weeks to get your key profitable projects done. Make every workday more productive and completely focused on the key money-generating activities in your business.

Number 6: The A team (stop doing solo). Learn how to hire a team of A players that don’t cost you a fortune. Get the most out of your team while creating a culture that gives them the motivation to grow your business with you”.

So, with that in mind and with the increase of online business mentors using 6 and 7-figure marketing messages to mislead small businesses and entrepreneurs, we have created a campaign.

We call it: 7-Figure Flipped: the movement to define abundance beyond a number


What is 7-Figure Flipped?

Since starting in this online mentoring space (because you know I didn’t start doing this only a few years ago, it has been 15-years in the “offline” space), I have seen many ‘business gurus’ keep pushing the idea that a successful business is about growing a seven-figure business. 

I find this toxic, as it may lead many founders and entrepreneurs to burn out or lose momentum in their business. 

Why does this happen? Because they become fixated on this external definition of success and often overlook the abundance they're already creating beyond a seven-figure monetary measure.

That is why I want to flip the script revealing seven-figures (e.g. a person's bodily shape). 

I aim to spotlight the abundant successes of women entrepreneurs I've guided on their business journeys, allowing them to share their unique definitions of abundance.

Let me share some truth bombs with you before I share the stories of AMAZING entrepreneurs in business:

  1. Only 2% of women-owned businesses break US$1M in Revenue (source: Ernst & Young).

  2.  In 2022, 1.1% of all of the world’s adults were millionaires, up from 0.6% in 2012. And 90% of the world’s millionaires are men. Only 10% are women (Source: GlobalData Wealth Insight).

I am determined to help you build a business that is abundant (beyond the 6,7 or even 8 figure) and provide you with serious financial power but without moulding it to the seven-figure mark. 

How can you create a business aligned with your vision? 


To create a business aligned to your vision, there are a few things you need to think about. Lucky I have everything you need. 


First, ask yourself these questions:

  1. What does success actually look like for me? 

  2. What is my abundant vision for my business? What is my vision?

  3. What does Seven-Figure Flipped mean to me?
